Fee includes:
- Water and electricity
- Bed linen, towels - Please bring own towels for pool

Please note:
- 20% deposit required with booking, by cheque or bank transfer
- A security deposit of 250 € is required upon arrival to cover breakages etc during your stay. More money will be requested should it be required
- A holiday tax of €1 per person per night is not included (over 18s only)
- Dogs ONLY by arrangement - No other pets permitted
