GEOCACHING - TERRA AVENTURA

Geocaching is an outdoor treasure hunt for all the family which uses a GPS, or the Terra Aventura app, to help you find the 'caches' hidden outdoors. The caches contain the treasure! There are over 130 quests all over the Limousin region.

WALKING

Whatever your ability there is no shortage of walks in the Corrèze. Take a look at the suggestions of the Corrèze tourism website and download the maps of your choice. In addition, we have a book of local walks for all abilities as well as maps available for our guests to use. There are also many apps for phones that can help with navigation and finding routes such as Alltrails and Kamoot. These work very well as they also give an indication of difficulty and descriptions of the trail to aid in selection of an appropriate distance and difficulty. Naturally we are very happy to advise also as we spend a lot of time walking and enjoying our local area.

FISHING

With some 5,000km of streams and rivers, teeming with minnow, gudgeon, brown trout and grayling, the Corrèze is a fisherman's paradise. Additionally the 4,000 hectares of reservoirs and lakes are home to pikeperch, pike and carp. The Corrèze also has thirteen second category areas where carp can be fished at night.
